WARRANTY INFORMATION
How to make a warranty claim:
If your product has a defect or it brakes you must notify our customer service department directly by e-mail t This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.or via the dealer you purchased the product from. Within the next few days we will contact you with instructions on how to proceed. The standard procedure is to send the complete rod to our factory for repair.
Please DO NOT send the rod before receiving notice from our customer service department on how to proceed.
Warranty terms
Handling fees:
a) Manufacture Defect (as determined by our production manager)
- Repair and shipping FREE of charge
b) Other repairs (for breakages not caused by manufacturing defects)
- Buttsection: 80€ (except SS rods)
- All other sections: 50€ (except SS rods);
These prices do not include shipping costs that will be quoted and communicated to the client upon the completion of the repair. All repairs will be shipped upon receipt of payment via Paypal or wire transfer.
The maximum estimated delivery time is 30 days after the damaged rod has been received at our facory. Modern FLies rods (Arrow, Admira, Maxia and Technia) can be repaired for the following cost, regardless of the existence of a Modern Flies warranty:.
